This notice applies only to xndr.network and its XNDR-operated subdomains. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from this site.

Current Website Operation

The current public site provides documentation and a source-scoped Block Explorer. The site does not offer user accounts, KYC/AML collection, accredited-investor verification, or a public form for uploading identity or financial documents. Wallet connection and token purchases are offered only through the presale portal on the presale page, which the Presale Privacy Notice covers.

Information Processed

To deliver and protect the site, hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary connection and request information, such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, and request time. The Explorer receives an exact hash only when a visitor submits one for lookup.

ALX Labs, LLC does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website. The one exception is the presale portal: the Coinbase wallet software it loads may send usage events to Coinbase, as the Presale Privacy Notice describes. Essential browser storage may be used by site software for preferences such as color mode or local documentation search state.

How Information Is Used

Any information processed for the current site is used to deliver requested pages and searches, maintain security and reliability, diagnose faults, and comply with applicable law. That information is not used to make automated investment, eligibility, or token-allocation decisions.
